property deals section? edit delete delete with repost warning

With the flat rates sky rocketing……can we expect some help from experienced dimers at desidime with a few property deals? For this, can we have a separate section? Also, if we do come up with such a section on desidime, we should have sub sections for rental deals, outright purchase deals, best loan deals and so on…..

Cool suggestion, since it will mostly be offline deals it can be a subset of the Hot deals – In Store

However, it remains to be seen if there will be any takers of this on DD where there is a mad rush for Re 1 chappals and freebies and most of the active members seem to be college students

I think there should be a separate section of investment in which there should be sub sections of property,banking and other investments

We should have a different section for this….at it will be helpful to many of us…

yeah, even investment should be covered under this section with common tips and tricks to invest in the best possible way for maximum returns………..there was a similar thread and many experienced investors shared their inputs. All of these things are aimed at making life more fruitful and should be incorporated for the good of all.

Guys i feel that before we start a new section we must check the response by creating similar topics in Dost & Dimes section…If the response is good then i don’t think Admins will have any problems in creating a separate section
