AGAIN: Two month wait for Wrong Product!!

I ordered a Floral Print Clutch (66_AG1000005) from Big Adda on 13 August 2011 vide order # 100015165.
Nothing happened !!
Then, I made about 20 PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, almost daily … No one knew what was going on !!
FINALLY, some lady call centre operator took personal initiative and had the order delivered to me in end SEPTEMBER 2011.
…… GUESS WHAT ??? They delivered the wrong CLUTCH PURSE !!! YET AGAIN !!!! 
AS usual, I have made complaints many times…. but no response from ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI GROUP owned RELIANCE’s Big Adda!!
My second identical experience…. unfortunately both products bought same day! 
NEVER BUY FROM BIG ADDA !
