Camelion battery + charger

I ordered, the charger is broken, I think they sent me broken product it looks like that, good packing, break is not possible.
Battery is duplicate, Rs.300 lost. I ask for refund or replace, noreply from customercare.anytimeretail+anytimefraud. Friend dont go to this seller.
