Cheaters

I had placed an order for a dress from Craftsvilla and I was following up on the delivery. They gave me the vendor’s no and the tracking no without any mention of the courier company. I wrote back to them asking for the name of the courier company. They then replied stating that the vendor does not have your order and we request you to cancel the order and claim a voucher for the same amount for your next purchase. I wrote back that I want a full refund. In the interim I was continuously calling up the vendor and the vendor mentioned that the order was despatched long back and that Craftsvilla has sent my order to somebody else.

They are big time frauds. MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM CRAFTSVILLA.
