craftsvilla is a big CHEAT

I have purchased a dress from crafsvilla by advance payment option.

Order Date: August 28, 2015……………………. is the product information. but i was shocked to see that the product delivered to me was DUPLICATE. as its was not as described in the picture. further the fabric quality was too poor and fabric pattern was not complete as shown in the picture on the craftsvilla site. when i complained and asked them to either refund my money or send me genuine product then there was no response from them and further they told me to send back the product AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES.

so it is my advice to one and all please do not waste your precious time and money by watching those FRAUD LUCRATIVE ADVERTISEMENTS OF CRAFTSVILLA.
