fraud site and seller (even on amazon)

I had ordered dove shampoo and received dove conditioner as it was not available elsewhere.They asked to return the product and when i returned the product no response from them.Even after repeated emails no response from them.No refund/replacement from them yet.Also no response from them since than.
Buyers do not trust this site/ seller even on amazon. Totally waste of time and money.very bad service.
