Frustrating delay in shipping

I ordered a steam iron from Greendust. It took them exact 1 month to delivery..

It looks all scratched up seem someone used it and then returned and got repaired and sent to me.

I was so frustrated with the delay I bought another one at a lower price with a coupon form DD and got it delivered within a week.

I wouldn’t advice buying from GreenDust because.
1) Items are scratched and not always in good shape.
2) many times they are used items returned to company under warranty so they are repaired items too.
3) delivery delay is so long you get it after you realise you don’t want it anymore.
4) there is no warranty on this items by the manufacturer.
