Hi All,

Upon seeing the Front Page deal http://www.desidime.com/forums/hot-deals-online... for

http://www.ezoneonline.in/whirlpool-elegance-ii... at 40% off, I could not resist the tempt it caused and went ahead to buy the product like many

others not realizing that it was a bait offered to catch me. Eventually as machinated, I got trapped and here is my experience

This is with reference to your order number 5037371886 for the product “Whirlpool Elegance II White 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner”.
I understand that you placed an order on our site for the product “Whirlpool Elegance II White 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner” but you received a communication from our end that your order

has been cancelled and I am extremely sorry for it. I have personally checked and regret to inform you that, the offer price of the product was erroneously mentioned with incorrect

pricing at the time of placing the order hence we will not be able to process the same.
Let me assure you that we at www.futureb...om always strive to provide accurate product and pricing information however pricing or typographical errors may occur as it happened this

time. Let me confirm that necessary actions have been taken at our end to rectify the error.
Further, let me confirm that if the amount charged to you for the said order will be refunded.
Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I urge you to show

confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such errors will not be repeated.

My Views

This is completely unacceptable. It is a gimmick being played by Future Group. Payment has been deducted from our Accounts and later they are realising that the pricing was erroneous.

This blatant deception must not be accepted.
Still the order is being shown on their website despite the fact which has been realised that the pricing is erroneous. All such offers are a gimmick to befool consumers like us. They

consider us/consumers to be a set of imbeciles and despicable creatures with no logics and respect.
I would like to tell you the pain I underwent to make the payment possible. Initially, their system repeatedly kept declining because of some bug on their payment system which they kept

declining stating that the problem is with my Bank Account until I gave them proofs from my bank (HDFC) that no payment has been requested for or claimed by the FutureGroup (ezoneonline).
Numerous calls were made both to ezone and HDFC to get the error fixed.

Later it was realized that the bug is at ezone side and it got fixed more than 30 hours later and then the payment was successful. I was relieved upon hearing this till the time I was to

hear another news from ezone that “My Order has been Cancelled because there was some pricing error on their site”.
They decide and cancel all orders at one shot w/o realising that it has been accepted by both parties and the payment too has been made.
They state that the money will get refunded. I have some questions to be asked from them -

• Why do they realise the Faulty Pricing after receiving payments and Why not before posting it on their Website ?

• Why is the Product still being shown on their Website when it has been realised that is a Gimmick and not Actual which can not be bought ?

• Once the product has been purchased or the payment has been made, it becomes absolutely necessary to deliver the product no matter what ?

• Why should they not be delivering the product because it was a fault at their end and not the consumer who committed mistake ? On this, I have another question “Do they

cancel/refund our amount if we later realise that that the same product is available at much lesser price elsewhere ? Or do they accept the order for a once failed payment if the Product

goes Unavailable”

• Why does only our amount be refunded ? What about the immense pain and time we spent to make this order happen ?

• What about the emotions which a person would have built post making the payment ? We never know by what means(Loan/Debt etc) a person would have gathered the amount to realise

this payment ?

This has indeed been an extremely painful experience not because my Order got cancelled but because they guyz are befooling us the beguile consumers. What about the consumers who are

unable to reach out to them and are unable to post here ?
This is a plain trick to increase the eyefalls and promote their brand. Look how many comments/likes we got / how many searches/hits Ezoneonline would have received by now , just because

of this gimmick.

Dear All, I have a humble request to you all. Let us all unite and forsake all such companies (ezoneonline/bigadda).
Any such act of denunciation will be short for such Big Players looting the consumers just for their own Profits. Dimers , please extend these words for others to know the reality and

think 10 times before making purchase from such Cheaters.
Hope you all agree, I have no intent to attempt to hurt anyone’s sentiments here. This is just an attempt to save your precious/hard earned money.
I am in Full mood to go to Consumer Forum and Write where so ever I can to bring forth the True nature of such Sites. Please suggest me how can this awareness be spread to save our dear

brothers to fall such a humiliating experience. Thanks a lot for reading this out! I will feel honoured if I could save you from such an embarrassment and loss of money. Thank you once
