Go to Infibeam and get cheated

on 5th July, your customer care Floor supervisors offered me black color mobile instead of white with 550 store credit and commencing that product is not available all over india. I informed her that on other website white color mobile is available. she is not ready to accept.

Also I informed your supervisor that on other website the black color mobile was available in Rs 14650 on 28th jun when I ordered the mobile. I request her that if you are not able to sustain your commitment then give me black color mobile with Rs. 1000 cash back. they are not agree for the same & informing that cash back is not possible. we can only provide you Rs 1000 store credit that I don’t want. I just want to know, why it is not possible. I paid the money cash in advance, why cant you provide me cash back? Your supervisors are making fool & stucked at this point. why they cant transfer the call to their higher official.

I don’t know, how the infibeam people are doing their work, why they are making false commitment & changing their views day by day. I thing there is no end of this type of estimated dates & false commitment. there is no value of customer money time & emotion in your mind.

I am in doubt regarding capability of infibeam to send any order as I am very much angry & dissatisfied with infibeam false commitment & customer service.Now you tell me, what should I do. email also attached for your reference.Pls cancel my order & refund my money in two day so that I could purchase the mobile from another website.Also Mr. Vishal, request you to pls call me at my no and have a word with me as I don’t have your number.
