Love the collection on American Swan

I have been shopping from American Swan since a year now and it is quite a good site for shopping

men’s wear… casual as well as formals. It has a great collection of t-shirts, shirts and international

brands at very good discount prices. The delivery service is also good and I usually get all my orders

within the promised time. The quality of the products is also quite good. So I have hardly had anything

to complaint about from this online shopping site, except for one time when they delivered a totally

wrong product. At that time I had ordered a pair of trousers from here but they delivered it in a

different colour and different size. And when I called the customer service to inquire about it they told

me the product I ordered is out of stock… obviously I raised a return request, the pick-up guy came 2

days later, got my refund in American Swan wallet around I think 3-4 days. Since I regularly shop from

American Swan I did not mind it much as I thought I will be able to use that money for some other

purchase. Luckily, a few days later I found those trousers were again in stock… so I ordered them and

this time there was no mistake in the delivery. This is the only bad shopping experience that I have had

so far with American Swan. Touch wood.
