No Service from D2Hshop

I had bought some item from D2Hshop on November 21, 2014 12:44:47 PM. Amount paid through credit card.. Waited for few days and then realized that they cancelled the order.. Tried to reach their customer care number given but ended up waiting for long time but did not get executive online.. they also have option where they call back.. Opted that option still no call from them.. Sent mail to customer care email ID on Dec 7th 2014. Untill today no reply.. Worst expiernce
