No Shipment - Worst service and Customer support

I ordered Bsnl Penta tablet WS702c from timtara.com on 12/12/2012 Order no:- 10367514 …. Product will be delivered in 3 weeks but up till I didn’t received any product from timtara.com today is 19/01/2013 almost double time i.e. 6 weeks done…
*Every time I called them they said that product will be delivered in next week or wait till next 24 hours product will be delivered to you but actually nothing happens. No one will contacted me and no any any reply from timtara.com.
Very much disappointment from timtara.com I will never buy again from TIMTARA.COM…….
