Non delivery of my items

I made two online orders and so far I haven’t received them.

Whenever I call them, I get the same reply ‘We shall arrange you call back". However I haven’t received any phone from your end and I am really frustrated.

My pending orders are:

I am really not sure whether I will get my money back. I will wait for a week or two, and will take legal action accordingly.
