One of the worst service online shopping portal

Guys.. Don’t buy books/products online from Sapna.. I had pretty bad experience, Their delivery is way slow.. Its already 5 days.. still my book not shipped..When i ask for cancellation, they asking cancellation charge of 15%.. This is how they force you to wait until they deliver and buy the product..I call every day and get same answer that it will get shipped next day.. its wast of time, money and piece. think 10 times before order on Sapna Online
