they are capable of that. i had ordered a car Bluetooth …order got cancelled and instead of returning my money they put it in paytm bucks.so I have to buy from them till my bucks get over.

same happens with me my axis bank gift card is showing delivered while nobody came to deliver to me. Purchased through paytm and via xpressbees. Complaint raised with paytm and xpressbees but no resolution till now. Please help
