Return policy it too bad for mobile even though the mobile was delivered with the incorrect configuration than they advertised

Flipkart is cheating the customers by removing the actual buyers review for some of the cheap products such as Intex mobiles. I have written a comment with less rating and it was removed. The specifications, which was given for the Intex cloud 4g mobile is not the actual what is delivering and since, this mobile is not available in market or any other sites, we are not able to see the performance until we buy it, so, when we see the worst product, flipkart is not refunding or allowing it to replace with some other product mobile by spending additional money also.
