PRODUCTS
The website basically sells a lot of stationary items / toys / furnitures / study items etc especially relevant for kids
Basically a unique and usefull concept as you get a lot of goods under one roof and dont have to browse around for items

PRICING:
While the pricing is nothing special, however the discount coupons offered make the purchasing economical. They typically offer a lot of good discount coupons and i typically wait for coupons to make my purchases as then it becomes quite economical to purchase

SHIPPING:
Website charges around 75 shipping chares for ORDER (not the final value after discount coupons) below 500. No shipping charge for orders above 500. so it is always economical to agregate your requirements your period of time and purchase once you get a good discount coupon

SERVICE and DELIVERY:
Now this is a bit problematic area though they have improved their services over a period of time. My experience with them is as below:
regarding allschoolstuff, I have ordered around 4 times from them.
First purchase around 6 months back: recieved everything after 15 days. wasn’t happy with them
Second purchase was around 3 months back. It was heavy furniture item and they shipped after 15 days. but dtdc goofed up majorly and had to follow up wit them regularily. product was delivered after 30 days
Third and Fourth purchases were recent and to my surprise i recieved the products within 7 days. in third purchase one item was missing and that was delivered within 15 days of the order. i had to drop them a mail stating that i hadnt recieved one product out of my orders

i think the site has significantly improved their delivery processes over a period of time though i would not advise anyway to still buy from them if their life depended on the item ordered.

I havenot tried the express delivery option yet

RETURN & REPLACEMENT:
Havent tried it so cant comment on it

CUSTOMER CARE:
Ok. nothing great to talk about though nowadays nobody has such customer care. If you face problem, best option is to mail. they will respond in a day and try to resolve the issue in the earnest

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE PURCHASE WITH THEM AGAIN
Well obviously for discounts. As I have explained earlier, they do release coupons with heavy discounts (40% ~ 60%) regularily and with that types of discount, i dont mind if the things get delayed by a day or tow
