SNAP DEAL sell onlu used and serviced product in name of brand

Dear All,

request you all to please don’t purchase any thing from Snap deal.

I have purchased Fossil watch value Rs.7900/- aprox from Snap deal on 24th Jan 2016 and it was delivered on 27h Jan 2015. when i opened the package i found the product i was packed in old container full of scratches and rust of any other product which was as good as scrap purchased from scrap vendor and box was labelled of any service center.
I called to customer care and asked for replacement and asked them to deliver fresh product with fresh packing. but again today product was delivered to me in same condition.

They are totally fake company who sells only used and repaired product in name of brand.

When ever i called to customer care they used to say only one word that “hum chama chahte hai” apart from this they are useless & helpless.
Who so ever will buy from snap deal will be harassed mentally and monetary.

Never have a bad experience before with any e-commerce company.
