Snapdeal poor service.

I purchased a mobile Dazen 1 on 21st September ‘15. The phone is so so as compared to Redmi 1s(using). There are some lagging with Ui such as no video files showing in gallery, file xplorer, Nova launcher and other apps are not working properly. So I decided to return for exchange of Redmi 2 or refund. Redmi had rather more setting opinions.
Customer care said without Job sheet they cannot replace. They gave me Dazen service center number which is out of service and address which is apx 300km away where I stay,kolkata.
I ordered white instead received black.The purchased amount was around Rs.6387 with 3 months emi but I received invoice of Rs. 6602. I tried to post this thing in the Snapdeal reviews but there is no option, in other words it means the reviews shown in site are their own ie fake.
Anyway this kind of service is not expected to fool the customers. Avoid Snapdeal go for Amazon or flipkart as I’ve seen return policy with these are straight and simple. Let’s see what happens.

I keep hearing issues like this and I get scared to buy from SD but because of the reduction that they gave I brought Seagate hdd 1tv for 3181₹ (Flipkart 3600+) ,hp printer 3545 for 5500₹ (ws retail 6500₹) on snapdeal and a couple of products all working perfectly fine. got a keyboard broken in the edge slightly but perfectly working and i contacted cc for that they sent money to my account even before they pick up the keyboard and never came for pickup so after 2 weeks I called gave it back myself. another was a socket which I got refund within 3 said after returning to the courier.I am not trying to say anything just sharing my experience. but I hear this alot ppl getting cheated alot on snapdeal especially from my cousin.
