Timtara - Refund my money

I have booked a Panasonic Mixie from Timtara on 12th january 2013 with order number 10384176.

It is more than 3 weeks of their commitment for delivery and yet they have not delivered the product. Forget the reciept of the product.

I called up the customer care for refund of money, even that is in vain. That also they hung up on me without answering.

I would recommend each of us who have faced similar challenge to
1. Call to PAYU saying to stop any further processing of order from Timatara. Number : 0124 6749126
2. Raise a consumer complaint at Website: www.nationalconsumerhelpl...in, so that we can bring the fraudulent practice followed by Timatara to public and government eyes.

Such websites should be forced to payback the coustomers dues immediately and then only be able to take up new orders.

I saw the explanation of the COO in ET article, he says the operations team needs to be brought upto expectation. If they are not upto expectation bring the team upto expectation and then take the orders.

This is utter dissatisfaction to my shopping experience.
