UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

Seventymm started as a CD rental hub and was quite good at it… they contacted me constantly to register myself after i made inquiries, but i didn’t… when i checked website recently i found out that it has turned in to a full fledged shopping website… so i bought order Inkwire Shorts for Men Pack of 2 (Black & Red) (link: http://shop.seventymm.com/product/2/buy-apparel...) from the website… payment gateway was very slow… so i contacted customer care… Mujahid picks up the call and in a very professional and gentle manner advises me to order the product once again… i do it only to find that my payment has been taken twice (INR 674 each time)… i contact a lady who advises me to contact my bank for reversal… my bank advises to wait for 7 days before contacting seventymm… that is where nightmare begins… i contact them n number of times and finally on 05/01/2013 Sultana registers a case no. 1746824 of double payment . i get the product on 05/01/2013 while i m talking to her… and you know what it is a cheap quality product which does not look like the way it is displayed on the website… i know that they have mentioned ‘The product color may slightly differ from the color shown in the image’ on the product page but this was very different… so i call customer care again on 05/01/2013 and this time Yusuf registers a case no. 1747057 of refund in 7 days… after numerous calls and finally informing clearly to one supervisor Prabhakar that I will register a police complaint against the company for non clearance of refund and double payment, I get an email from one Ayesha that things are being looked in to… i had lost my faith till then… finally on 10/01/2013 and 15/01/2013 i received the refunds of the promised amount without any communication from them

ONE ADVICE – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION!!!
