I visited tolexo for the first time when it appeared in GOSF2014. Surprised by the rates, I ordered a couple of items.
First, I tried a COD, and came through the checkpoint where they had to verify my mobile No. I waited and waited for the OTP, and ultimately, was unable to place the order. Later, I placed an order by making online payment through credit card. GOSF finished on 12/12, and I am waiting till date for the products to be dispatched.

The is one of the worst sites I have ever visited. Full of errors.
Menu stops working when you are inside a page.
70% times, the product page will lead to NOTHING.
The link to LogIn appears when the mood of the site is good. Else, you will not find a way to login.
Errors are thrown every now & then. The error page will display an error log number which has gone to 9xxxxxxxxxxxxxx from 5xxxxxxxxxxxxxx in just 10 days.

Customer care:-
They have given a number. You call the number during working hours, and keep waiting. They put you on hold no matter what time it is. They also give a “Call Back Request” option, but never call you back. A voice message facility is also added in the system, but who listens to what we have recorded for them !!!
Send an Email, and you will never get a reply.
You keep on getting newsletters though the site displays – Currently, No Subscriptions.

Products:-
What to say when I have not got anything even dispatched by them. They are displaying a PROCESSING message since 2 weeks.

Conclusion:-
Perhaps they were in too much hurry and launched the site without testing. They have displayed a “Beta” in the website logo, but think, it should have been Alpha- (minus).

Do not see a future if not handed over to someone responsible.
