website is a hoax

My food was delivered really really late, by the time we got it, most of us were asleep and for that they gave us 200 trinkets ( store credit/discount for the next purchase ) even thought they allege that they provide rock solid money back guarantee!!!

So, I made another purchase on their website hoping to catch the discount and I see there ARE no trinkets in my account !
And the customer care is telling me I used them already!!!

This is prepostorous!!!
