NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS HIGH5STORE ..they will suck your BLOODWORSE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND WORST COMPANY.

I have sent more than 10 mails but they never replied me. They only store your personal information like EMAIL ID, NUMBER, ADDRESS AND then they sell your data to another website.

FRAUD PROCESS

1→ They invite you buy a item at low price or even at 0 price.
2- > After ordering, they will demand more money without any prior notice.
3→ If you not pay; they will not send you any product.

I hope you would agree that we all are humans and any human can commit mistake, so did our seller by uploading the products at Zero price in a bulk upload format. It was a technical error (as our website doesnot stop Rs. Zero products to be listed on our website) & we accepted our mistake and thereafter we not only apologized to you but also tried to compensate for the inconvenience caused to you. We offered you inconvenience voucher of Rs. 299.

Also how often do you recollect seeing a product price as Zero at High5Store? or find any marketing banner on High5Store that we are running a Zero price promotion of the products? As we have repeatedly informed you, only that particular seller’s Rakhis product price happened to be uploaded as Rs 0 (Zero) for the only one collection which they uploaded that day before you placed the order. Still you repeatedly mentioned on the email that we did that as marketing gimmick and also you shared the same on Internet. This incorrect assumptions may misguide other users. (Ref to your words in the mail sent on 4th Aug, 2015 as “Look if I assemble all the proofs then it is confirm that you guys have develop a new trick to collect the original data (Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, Address etc.)”

We do understand that you are taking us wrongly and thinking that we are a fraud company. We have tried our best to make you understand our Innocence in this matter, but we have failed to convince you. But is it justifiable that you misguide other customers & users based on your wrong assumptions? How will you take your words back when you realize that we were Right from the beginning?

We expect our genuine customers to make us aware of any issue they face like this. In such a scenario, we would have rectified the issue before you placed the order. By doing that, we could have avoided this scenario.

Also you have mentioned on social media sites that we have not replied to 10 of your emails. But as per our records, you have only emailed us 5 times.

So we are unhappy that you are not appreciating the time we take to timely reply to your emails. Also you are incorrectly claiming that we have never replied you which is incorrect. You were communicated that the customer care executive will revert in 24 to 48 hours on the query raised. (Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, as “I have sent more than 10 mails but they never replied me”)

As we checked our records, you have placed only 1 order with your email id on 3rd August 2015. The one product which you have placed was not delivered to you until 7th August as per tracking records on DTDC. However you have made incorrect comments on various social media channels & websites that the product quality is worst quality. How are you able to judge the quality of the products even before receiving it? We are unable to understand that.(Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com, Facebook on 5 Aug 2015 and on Twitter on 7 Aug 2015, “WORSE QUALITY PRODUCT AND WORST COMPANY”)

You have also mentioned couple of times on email and also on social media that we have leaked your information (email, mobile number, etc) to others. But to whom? We would like to know. Or else you are simply sharing incorrect information with others and creating a incorrect opinion about High5Store in the minds of the customer.(Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, “They only store your personal information like Email ID, Number, Address and they sell your data to another website.”)

In continuation on the above point, you have placed order of 7 products. Of the 7 products, there were 6 products with 0 pricing issue & one product which was not Rs 0 and has been already shipped to you. For any order to be placed and delivered to you, we need your email id for registration and sending you mails on order confirmation and sharing other order related information. We need your address to deliver the order. We need your mobile number to call you if noone is available at your address or sharing any information. This has been clearly mentioned in our Privacy Policy. Hence even for 1 order or 1 product, we would require your details. Also placing an order with us is an individual’s choice & we have never persuaded you to place an order with us. (Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, “They only store your personal information like Email ID, Number, Address and they sell your data to another website. If you have any issue with us maintaining your details, we would delete the same from our system on your instruction. However we have not received any such instruction so far. Also on your email dated 7th August, you have asked us to pay you for your details on our database. We hope you would be aware that sharing information on our website was your individual choice and we have never persuaded you to do so.(Ref to your words in the mail sent on 7 Aug, 2015 second line as "You guys have stolen my real identity (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address etc.)so you have to pay for it. Last line as “It was very bad to hear that you guys has given me inconvenience voucher of Rs 299. Is this your real value? Only 299?”)

We understand that you may have wrong opinion about us due to inconvenience caused to you. And as any customer, you have the right to raise your voice anywhere you feel like, but let us speak the truth and only the truth. Let us not share information that has never happened or is just an assumption. If it is an assumption, let us clearly say that it is an assumption instead of framing incorrectly as truth.

I hope you would value our words and kindly avoid sharing any more incorrect information on Internet about us.

On the above conversation, we would like to share few information with you.

1. Ankit had placed order with us on 3rd August of 7 products of which 6 products were priced 0. The zero pricing was a mistake by the seller by wrongly uploading products with 0 price in bulk format. We informed Ankit about the same and he has wrongly assumed it to be marketing gimmick to grab customer’s email ids. We have repeatedly tried our best to make him understand the truth, but so far we are unsuccessful.

2. As he had paid Rs 0, there was nothing to refund him. As there was inconvenience caused to him, we offered him Rs 299 Voucher which he has not accepted yet. Hence we have not provided him the voucher code yet. On one of his email dated 7th August, he has emailed that we have offered him too less. We are not sure what is the right amount to be offered for a human error even after apology.

3. Also one of his email dated 7th August, he has said that we have got his email id & other details by unfair means and hence we should pay him for his details. What we should make out from his email? Which unfair means did we use? He had voluntarily placed an order with us and shared his details. There is no issue with the 7th product. Hence we anyways needed his details to process the order. If it was matter of inconvenience, we would have happily deleted his details from our system. But he has not placed such an request so far. Instead, he wants us to pay him for the same.

4. He has written about our product quality. We do agree that our customers do face this issue due to products delivered by our sellers. But in this scenario, the post was made on various social media channels even before the order was delivered to him. Also it was his first order with us to conclude about the company and the product quality. How could one write a review even before receiving the order.

5. He has mentioned in his emails that we sell our customer details. We are not sure on why he is sharing incorrect things about us and spreading it on Internet websites without proper facts. We value the details shared by our customers and hence we ensure the confidentiality of our valuable customers.

This post is just to make our customers and friends realize that we are unnecessarily targeted for many things which we have not done. Though the pricing issue was a human error from our seller end, he has right to say anywhere about the inconvenience caused to him. We have apologized him for that; but he still can share it wherever he likes. However our deepest concern is the incorrect information (as mentioned above) that has been shared on various Internet websites by him which really raises a lot of concerns behind the intention of doing so.

The motive of sharing this piece of information is to make our customers and friends aware not to jump into any conclusion without proper evidence. We live in a digital world today and any information we come across may not necessarily be Truth. We have attached the email discussion we had with Ankit so that you can judge for yourself.

Great to read your too long mail and good to know about your research about me. Let me clear something :

I never ask for money so please don’t write these kinds of false sentences.

2- First confirm and make sure that it was “Human Error” ; “Technical Issue” or “Product is Out of Stock” .

If it is “Human Error” then it means after murder anyone can say it was just an “Human Error” and I don’t have any intention to kill him.

If it is “Technical Issue” then you should post regarding this on your social media profiles also so that every user came to know about this issue.

If it is “Product is Out of Stock” then you guys are telling a lie because I have seen your products are in stock.

This is totally wrong; I placed 7 orders (16 Pc Ferrero Rocher with Fancy Rakhi ; Cadbury Rich Dryfruit box with SWASTIK Rakhi ; 16 Pc Ferrero Rocher with Set 02 Rakhis ; 02 Kids Rakhi combo with Cadbury chocolate ; Gold Plated OM rakhi with studded amercian diamond ; Mix Dryfruits with Ganeshji Rakhi ; Yellow Jaipuri Cotton Casual Printed Kurti – Size Appearals : M ) . So I am again requesting you please don’t post false things.

4 – Please delete my information including my Email ID ; Name, Address; Mobile Number etc from your database. I don’t want to receive any promotional mail from your side.

It is really very bad; try to understand my wordings ; you should send me an apology mail regarding this but you guys are giving me 299 store credit. Seriously? you guys thinking me I am greedy? Your one apology mail is enough for me.

6- As we all know that “First impression is the last impression”. So for me you guys are not good and I will make sure that none of my friends and relative buy anything from you.

- Seller uploaded the product on the website with zero pricing. This is the human error which we already informed in our first reply.

If it is “Technical Issue” then you should post regarding this on your social media profiles also so that every user came to know about this issue.
- Technical issue is that our website does not stop Rs. Zero products to be listed on our website. We have already mentioned this before. We rectified the issue as soon as your order was placed and concerned team corrected the issue. Hence other customers did not face the issue and we did not have to announce anywhere.

If it is “Product is Out of Stock” then you guys are telling a lie because I have seen your products are in stock.
​​- The same products which you mentioned have been Out of Stock due to high Rakhi season demand. “Out of Stock” happened a day after you placed the order.

- We know that we are a loosing a good customer for some misunderstanding over this issue. We have never said you are wrong, but you always thought we are wrong. We know that “First impression is the last impression”, but some great things do happen beyond the first impression. Do give us another opportunity to build a better customer relationship with you.
