Worst Customer Support

i had purchased an ac around 10 days back …2 days back i saw an update on my order status it said the order has been cancelled…on calling,the operator replied that they are no longer selling ac’s…but still the website is showing the ac as available….they are accepting the payment although they are not selling it….there has been absolutely no communications from their end…the customer care number is always busy…and they do not reply to emails for weeks….when i wrote on their facebook wall with regards the complain they blocked me from their profile…the amount has still not been refunded to me….PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE AND PROTECT CUSTOMERS FROM BEING CHEATED..
