some of them were send 3 to 4 msgs before they are suspended and even after 2 suspension if they still repat that means it is on purpose and not mistake …. let that go….. lets sick to this and not deviate…..i can go on abt it…. but thats not the point of this thread

one more suggestion, but this is silly one, but still am telling, when anyone do trade, say them to convert their real money into desidime points first, than they could transfer it from one account to another and at last, the seller which earned those points from coupon selling can transfer it to his paytm, citrus or any account, this can be automated or with the help of desidime team. take it as a suggestion once, because if we do this, we become the first site to implement this in this, the best baat is, we don’t have to share any information with any dimer in the forum. Rule no 1: All Traders must communicate through Desidime pms only.

Rule no 2: Every buyer must Certify/Give Feedback for Sellers after trades else their account should see suspension.

Rule no 3: For every trade (involving just one newbie), big or small, both seller and buyer must send x wallet rs/100 to a Certified Desidime Wallet account. In case of fraud, Certified Desidime Wallet will refund only those x+x rs to one cheated party.

Rule no 4: Two newbies cannt trade here.

Rule no 5: Only mobile numbers registered on Desidime can be used for wallet exchanged. Desidime must fix number 9XXX9XXXX9 format against every verified id for traders to feel assured that atleast number they traded is written somewhere in the Desidime records.

Rule no 6: Coming up later.

On a Serious Note, @anthrax.ut I would like to know what exactly is the Issue In Bank Tfr/IMPS as everyone is smart enough to Not give their Login Details & people who aren’t smart enough only Trade thru Mobi/Paytm !!
Including or Not Including Bank Payments won’t Stop People Cheating Each Other !!
Also I would like u to Give Some Certificatation to Verified Buyers/Sellers to remove Ambiguity among Dimers on Who to Trust & Who Not to
Further, make a Flashing Banner specially for Trading Section for Flashing out the need to Skip Trading with Newbies

Implement iTrader (of vBulletin) like system in the forum where buyer can rate the seller for the transaction he had. It shows in his profile attached to the post and one can feel safe when trading with guys who have good trader score.

@Hustler smartness is subjective in nature …… what you may deem wrong and foolish other may deem right and smart…… rules have to account for both cases

i think many if us won’t like point 1 and point 5 …

as DD pm is slower and don’t get notifications on time I prefer other IMs as a medium of gaster communication… but its totally depends on the guy u r talking too…

secondly our wallets have monthly limit of just 10k… most of the time we finish our monthly limits way before the month is over… so sticking to just to the registered no. for wallet transfer is not a good idea IMO

but we have seen istances when the old dimers themselves create IDs to trade….. and we have seen genuine new users…. who have added value to others…… so cant ignore them as well

Subject: Here A want to buy a paytm coupon from B, But He can’t buy until C Verify it,

Process: A and B will send a request to C about the deal, Instantly C will take the paytm coupon from A and C will take the Payment from B in DESIDIME WALLET

Next Step: C will mail the code to A and then C will transfer the payment to B wallet(Desidime wallet →>> seller wallet)
Thats it, Deal end

But for this DD team must have somethings…
1) A specific Mod for this purpose who can deal instantly,
2) Some wallets(mobikwik/paytm/citrus/oxigen/blah blah) to deal with buyer and seller
3) A REQUEST DEAL option on every threads in trading section, so that who ever want to deal with Op they can send request…

There’s no point in having fraud control measures in place if you can’t take action immediately against users who break the rules. If the topic is going to stay active for three days, then the damage is already done. That much time is more than enough for a fraudster to finish his work & he won’t even mind if you suspend him.

If the admins/mods can’t handle the work load, get some mods for this section specifically so that action can be taken swiftly or else you should put in a system where every topic in this section is screened before it is visible to everyone.

Furthermore, you’ve ambiguous rules. On one hand, you’ve this topic – http://www.desidime.com/forums/trading-classifi... and over here http://www.desidime.com/forums/trading-classifi... you’ve mentioned 1. Selling of coupon codes (in exchange of money, NEFT, bank transfer, etc where transfer of money is required).

If selling coupons is totally banned, where does NEFT, bank transfer, etc. come into play? Why the need to mention that?

I know you consider selling of coupons for wallet cash as trades & not sales but in reality it’s no different. Wallets have real cash in them and in my opinion almost everyone considers it as money now. In that sense, Paytm/Mobikwik come into the money category which you’ve specified is not allowed. No where is it mentioned that Paytm/Mobikwik or wallets are allowed in the set of rules that you currently have. Surely you don’t expect everyone to read the entire topic to find out which things are allowed and which are not.

Also, add some guidelines for buyers as well. Simply stating “Trade at your own risk. Desidime is not responsible for anything that goes wrong. Any Complaints on the same will not be entertained.” is not enough. Put down a few guidelines which will help new users avoid fraudsters. Not everyone knows sharing their bank, credit card & debit card details online can be dangerous. It won’t hurt to create a sticky topic mentioning all these things. Anyway, I’m done for now….will add later.

To your point, when an old dimer creates a new ID (and your technical/manual systems fail to identify it), his new account would and should be treated like any other newbie.

In this case if any fraudulent incident happen like B reject to give the payment so C can easily return the coupon to A

@dexter1989 That old rule about no coupon selling was replaced when new trading rules were released earlier this year. That thread is still there probably for posterity, but the reasons for that are unclear to me as well. It’s most likely a CYA situation.

That’s the point. One of the main rules is hidden inside a topic as a reply (Referring to http://www.desidime.com/forums/trading-classifi...) whereas a non-existent rule is there as a sticky topic. You can’t expect everyone to read that topic completely from start to end to find out which rules are in place.
