I wonder where some people get their negativity from. I mean I too have negativity, but not at SUCH levels.VI is doomed.

Even Reliance tried to sell its stake to Aramco, to reduce debt. Government fought Reliance tooth and nail to stop the Saudis from getting a foothold in Reliance.
So then Reliance took the route of their telecom venture to convert some of the debt into equity for Facebook Meta.
VI will have to pare its debt by giving equity to some big shark. But now government cannot directly sabotage them as much, except at the policy level, so I feel that in the long run, VI investors would get above market (index) return.
