If your Pockets account was opened earlier than your Savings account the best course of action would be to complete Full KYC in the Pockets app post which it gets linked automatically to your bank account. I wasted 9 months in trying to get the two linked which involved couple of dozen emails to Pockets customer care, deletion of the Pockets account but to no avail. I decided to to not bother with the linking and just complete Full KYC in Pockets but to my surprise after the latter was completed the former occurred automatically.
