Of course there’s the catch…. Firstly Rs. 499 for snapdeal, then Rs. 699 for registration, and then customer has to pay “utility charges”… god knows how much they shall charge for that.

These hotels seems to be linked to that Country Club / Mahindra type..

ahhh get it.. its Panaromic holidays… linked to RTD resort. sure we will not have avaliblity when we want to go…

none of them are 5-star..

and their rep says they are 5-star resorts not hotels// Bet he hasn’t been to either..

they are not 5 star resort, and even if they are 3 star deal is good. and utility charges includes anything u use in hotel like mini bar, food or any services.

Just had a talk with CC regarding this offer…Seems too good to be true…

And that’s it, 3N/4D stay in just 499+699 = Rs 1198 (Seems unrealistic to me)

Regarding The guest will have to pay the applicable utility charges on every holiday requested, they said that this is about paid services… I asked what if I don’t avail any paid service then they said, this hotel will cost only Rs 1198 with taxes included and no other hidden charges… CC have confirmed this but I’m still in dilemma whether to go for this deal or not…

Will confirm again before buying …

what to book within 24 hour?

It says MINIMAL registration fee of 699.

According to me .. Some (one or two) will have such low registration fee .. Most of them would charge around 4K-5K ..

This is what I think .. I might be wrong !

I checked rates for Jaipur and Agra hotels in the list on expedia.com and they are in range of 3k to 4k per night. How more much can utility charges be? I am buying the deal, if they cannot confirm reservation then you get full refund. Reward is worth the risk.

Called CC and they said that 15 days in Advace, you need to call Snapdeal and incase you plan to visit in coming days (meaning 15 days) then you need to call Within 24 hours of buying the voucher, call Snapdeal support at 011-45371100 (9AM – 11PM)

utility charges upto you what u use, like laundry mini bar food massage etc.

On this minimal word I did argue for 2-3 minutes but either that CC was dumb or she didn’t have an idea… I asked her if I need to pay Rs 699 directly to hotel then why the word “minimal” is written… she said these are flat charges of rs 699/-…. I guess she was wrong here…. But catch is only on this word Minimal, by showing this TnC, they can take whatever charges they want….

I had a stay in Mahindra resort, The utility charges were 450 per day, mainly for electricity and gas (we could cook in studio appartments)

Bajwa bhai i am also skeptical about this term “minimal” which they have used in the deal. What if the Hotel charges full Tariff and says this is how the deal works? Last thing you want is to have an argument with the hotel wala and ruin your holiday.

Need clarification on this.

I stayed in Royal palms Goa and the utility charges were around 350 per day around 2 years back.

Its a 4* property and at this price,its a steal.Total value for money.

Also the utility charges and registration charges are charged by the resort itself and snapdeal has no say in it.

Best thing would be to call the resort directly and ask them about these charges.

Absolutely correct bhai… This Minimal word can ruin our holiday… They can charge whatever amount they wish to, by mentioning that 699 is only for few hotels… If 699 is flat then why they have explicitly mentioned “Minimal”… I’m not going for this deal unless I get clarity on this TnC:- “Minimal registration fee of Rs. 699 will be applicable”…
