Indeed, they look strange!! Can’t say much how they fare comfort-wise, but definitely, will take some time for people to get used to such intuitively designed shoes

These are called minimalist footwear. The theory is that we have lost our natural way of walking and running due to the shoes we are used to wearing. This technology was pioneered by Vibram. Lot of people at my gym and running club wear Vibrams. They cost the same as these Adipure trainers, but the problem is they aren’t sold in India. You can order them online from Vibram website and they’II ship it here. You need to get used to wearing these, can’t straightaway start using them as your regular shoes.

Vibrams are the original deal, the only reason Adipure trainers would sell is because Vibrams doesn’t have stores in India and can only be ordered online from US. Vibram sued Fila earlier when they tried to copy the style, they might do the same to Adidas.

Guys these are climber shoes. They have an awesome grip and are used by rock climbers.

these are meant only for gym use on treadmills and not road running…..as said at the adidas store…they have tried to copy the likes of vibrams…..i dream of wearing these by this year end as i am into regular running marathons….lot of positive feedback from the people who use similars from vibram…..

That’s correct- Adidas ones are purely for gym use. No road running….or rock climbing
