The built quality of akai is gud…I purchased a akai full hd tv at 16599 frm big bazaar last year in diwali offr….the tv is runing fyn till now…nd picture quality quite gud…

Akai offers gr8 quality in terms of tv n is comparable to Sony or Samsung. I had used akai 29inh tv for about 10 years without any serious issues.

Quality of their products 10 years ago will most likely have no bearing on their products today. I’v seen their CRT tv’s working well beyond 12 years without any repairs (and still working). But the concern is about their LCD/LED TVs TODAY.

Yes, but in Poona, the main concern is Octroi. AFAIK, Indiaplaza does not take care of Octroi. So you have to factor Octroi in the price.

In Pune I usually collect the products outside octroi where my friend stays. I save lot of bucks by this method.

It will.. to confirm u can download and check the user manual from the official site. All the tvs these days support mkv.

It’s simply amazing.

It uses 35 Watts energy, (Other LED / LCD uses 80-100 watts for 32 Inch TV. Good for power saving.

It’s narrow bezel, means the fibre edge of they tv is very narrow and it’s designed.

It simply plays any type of videos … I played MKv, mp4, VOB , etc

also I had a blue ray disc of Avtar, I copied the files to my usb and connected to tv.

It plays blue ray files from USB

I didn’t find issues on playing videos on any resolution.

It’s one month now. I’m happy with the product.

Then also one thing, AKAI people will come to your home and will give a demo also.

Did u got wall mount free with this??

We won’t get wall mount along with the TV.

But the AKAI service centre people delivers the wall mount without handling charges.

Hanging type wall mount costs 400 Rs. I bought this one only. They came to my house and fitted the same.

I don’t know the cost of big wall mount.

The TV is very light weight, so small type is enough.
