Congratulations!!! OP but Dimers please note that the processor is 2nd Generation i3 and NOT the 3rd. 3rd Gen i3 is comparable to 2nd Gen i5.

i use firefox.

nothing happens on the page when i try to click on the login button.

3 possible reasions
-browser/version not compatible with the site
-add-ons/plugins interferring
-ISP MTU packet settings not compatible.

Did you try using a different browser? If already tried, disable javascript and then try logging in.

I purchased 4 big items from indiatimes.. didn’t face any problem in first 3 items… but in last item of sony vaio laptop after 10 days the called me and told that the ordered item is out of stock… and that was a lie becoz it kept showing it as in stock till 9 days after order..

You can’t believe indiatimes… becoz of that i missed HS18 deal also….

Out of my 8-9 high value purchases ranging from 2k-30k, all were delivered from indiatimes.
Only problem is, delayed shipping. Most shipped only after 4th or 5th day and delivered in 3-4 days after that. If you are patient enough, then only order. Did hear about OOS on some products by others but I personally never faced it.

I faced similar issue and it worked when I disabled javascript but some features were not being loaded. So reduced MTU settings and it did work. If you are using a DSL line, try reducing MTU by 8 each at a time. Dont reduce too much as packet size will be an issue and other websites may not load.

And placing an order over call, AFAIK, it can be done. 09024666666 or 09024888888

EDIT: Try once in FF Private browsing and safe mode as well – I guess u use a command firefox -a or something for this.
