Yeah its always better to use foreign brands. But, in case if someone wants to use this its a good deal. I know some of my friends use this one. Nyways.

I have tried ON whey and mega mass. Both were good. Currently taking in ON whey. Its very expensive so i am looking for alternative. British nutrition is affordable but i am not sure about the results from these….I also heard indian whey protein brands use steroids…. Be carefull!!

I’m using Dymatize Elite, its very good. But now price has been increased,is there any other whey protein at cheap cost? plz suggest good whey protein.

I am using by last three months but not really satisfied with result just now this month only I moved to optimum which is really effective but costly which I was using past one years ; so guys beware of cheap products

With my past of engagement with body building… but the stretch didn’t lasted long.. due to other priorities.. I have used a variety of brands from the Indian ones like ankerite.. to ON, Mucletech, Weider, Protein Factory.
Indian ones are no good … so I will not suggest BN to any one, they dont give result and are too heavy on digestive system.
I was satistified more by Musletech.. Nitro Series… but suddenly the prices have zoomed up too high, that taking 2 scoop a day is out of my budget now..
I shifted to slightly cheaper one Muscletech 100% Premium Whey Protein .. it was coming around 3k.. when I purchased it last in June 2012, but now its approx 3.9k.. but still the results are good, and you dont feel stuffed… after drinking it. Mixing this with 5gm of creatine has helped me to shift from 60lb dumble chest press to 80lbs in a 3 week time… so its pretty effective.. but if you can afford the Nitrotech series.. then go for that.

You can buy from healthkart.com which is a best site and sometimes they offer good discount.

We are group of friends and MASS ORDER with them and even then they give discount around 10-15%.

I have tried British nutritions Whey Platinum standard. It is good value for money without compromising on the quality and since we are taking it in our body, quality should be very high priority. I found it best among economical protein supplements.

Have not tried Extra Whey but the Platinum standard which gives 22g of protein per scoop (30gm) is good enough and has good taste too. And coming to being hard on digestive system, i will say that the ones on protein supplements should drink a LOT of water. 1 hour after the workout is the ideal time to take the protein since the muscles are in repair mode.

P.S: I even e-mailed them regarding the quality and they said there is no other substance than whey concentrate in this apart from flavour.

@All: If somebody is looking for serious gains and can afford anything I would recommend to go for ZEROCARB ISOPURE or DYMATIZE ISO100.

And all guys there, please avoid SOY protein since it is bad for guys as it has natural estrogen which is a female hormone. One can google this.

yes I am currently using the same.. Muscletech 100% Premium whey protein plus … chocolate flavor.
Ordered Vanilla Flavor yesterday from Healthkart as its currently 400+ Rs. cheaper than the chocolate flavor. Results are satisfactory, not that great like the nitrotech performance series, but value for money.
Also purchased whey of Venkey’s from Shopclues was cheaper than healthkart, they have some sale till 23rd January for nutritional products.

There is no authentic dymatize elite available in india, i tried from karnataka to delhi to punjab. its all fake. Dymatize is best ever brand, best stuff. but whatever is thr in market its fake. i ate half a box of it and thn realized. so btr save urself.

British nutrition is shit………it tastes like shit, it is waste. no results nothing at all. perhaps u have it like complan or bournvita…..i am talking of serious stuff…..

Perhaps the best ever comment. No nonsense suggestion. Dymatize ISO 100 is supper tasty and super dissolvable and great results. Nature zero carb isopure is best thing available in the market, a bit better than dymatize. but here is the catch. British nutrition is an Indian company, it has nothing to to with Britain they are just trying to fool people with the name to buy their product. I’d advise you strongly avoid it, if you want whey go for ON.

Be careful because badly manufactured supplements can cause your body irreversible damage over the long term so spend some more money if necessary but go for the best.
