yes multiple GV are accepted. you can add the value of gv into your infibeam account and use it.

Its a GIFT VOUCHER not a Coupon. Check the terms, it clearly says on Infibeam that the GV account will get created and GV amount credited on the account. So, when you buy a product, you’ll get an option to apply GV. If the product amount is less or equal to GV, the order will be processed after applying it. Else, it will take you to the payment page, where you’ll be able to pay the rest of the amount.

Still unable to confirm, whether multiple GVs will worked or not
