Very good price for the specs but it seems Nexus 4 is giving hard time to even make a space in the market for this and other high end chinese handsets.

The only let down is IceCream Sandwich!

Guys, don’t go just for specs! I’m not saying its not a good phone…but releasing a beast with ICS is a demerit and it’s clear that it won’t get updates regularly! Spend a few extra bucks and go for a Nexus Device or Samsung, HTC etc… atleast they have a good developer support who regularly releases custom ROMs with the latest Android OS!

Exactly! But some greedy sellers are selling Nexus 4 for double price as it is sold out in the playstore… LG f*cked up with Nexus 4 manufacturing! They were surprised with the demand of the Nexus 4…lol..!

I completely agree on the lack of developers support. But your point regarding ICS isnt clear to me. I mean all similar phone like note 2 have been released on the same platform. If u leave aside a few nexus devices (most of which arent available in India) what other phones are running on jelly bean.
I bet u can count them on your fingers.

Note 2 was released with Jelly Bean out of the box and it will be getting 4.2.1 really soon

And all of the high end phones like Galaxy S3, One X etc are now running Jelly Bean and more over CM10 and MIUI Custom ROMs are there for these devices as well.
I just wanted to say project butter is not just a gimmick, it is a completely different and better experience than the laggy ICS! So, if you’re paying more than 20K…imo, you should get atleast jelly bean upgrade now or out of the box.

India is the land of opportunists which you see everywhere, including official GOI local / central doesnt matter. Tries every other trick even out of the book, may i say to get ’half’ta from corporates and poor citizens. And people of india arent odd to GOI either. So they dont leave a chance when they see good opportunity to make big bucks easiest way.

So we see ridiculous pricing of imported N4, official N7, exorbitant pricing of simple stuff like mobile covers of pantech burst, 50 bucks for unlock codes which could have been free for everyone and what not…..

Best job which people love in India is MILKING. Lot of times i feel even british rulers and mughals might have looted india a lot less than country’s own people.

India is associated with EXPLOITATION, HARASSMENT, RESERVATIONS, CARTELS AND ‘SETTING’. And many see it happen only with girls and ladies!!!!!! What an irony.
