For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in its original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.Items purchased, as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on aplava.com.If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, please send us a detailed description of what occurred along with pictures. Aplava will communicate this immediately to the brand to help find an appropriate solution. Please note, in certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested.We do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.

Aplava delivers currently within India. We deliver to over 4000 pincodes within India. However, we do not cater to customers outside India
We provide Free delivery for the following order amounts in India: Orders of Rs. 1500 & above. Below that amount fixed Delivery charges of Rs 50 is applicable per order. These rates may vary as per company policy changes.
Make sure to provide accurate city, state/province, and zip/postal code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you’re shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typographical can result in errors in this section. After your order ships, delivery times may vary, according to the location of your delivery address.

Customer Support :
If our courier partners have attempted to deliver your order but you or your representative was not present to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. The courier personnel will leave a note stating the time and date of his visit and also his contact no. For you to schedule a re-delivery or collect the shipment directly from there designated office in your vicinity.
Re-delivery is not charged. However, if our courier partner is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Aplava. Should you face such a situation, please contact us at [email protected]..om. Re-delivery charges as applicable then would be charged to the customer.
