Shopcrocs.in (Crocs India) will provide an exchange for items purchased online (only on shopcrocs.in webstore) upon proof of purchase subject to the following conditions:
1. The purchase was made from our website, www.shopcr...in
2. The items must be in a resaleable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
3. The items are returned to Crocs within 30 days of purchase.
4. The items are defective.
For items deemed used, subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, will not be accepted as faulty.
shopcrocs.in has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering customer a one-time exchange.
Items deemed faulty by Crocs will be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of shopcrocs.in shall be final and conclusive.
Exchange requests are always subject to product availability.
Note on Exchange of Promotional Items
Our method of exchange requires customers to place a new order for the item you want to exchange to.
Thereafter, we will refund you for the initial order. As such, the promotional item may not be on discount anymore.

24 hours dispatch window is after the order gets approved.
All orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next working day.
Our general working hours are 10 pm to 6 pm and we work from Monday to Saturday.
