This people are A class scammers ...i paid for product through online and it showed delivered without even delivering the product and when i contacted their customer care who were so arrogant and has no clue about it...and says sometimes when their delivery partners have work load they mark it as delivered...in what world does that happen? no solution and now i have to move on with consumer court case because no other solution.

Worst product and worst extended warranty service of croma. Dont buy croma brand products in your life. i have purchase croma brand hand blender, the plastic attachment body was get cracked due to vibration of the motor, the store says that this will not cover in warranty it is physical damage. Purchase one TV from CROMA and after delivery mire than one week they are not coming for installation.

I tried to contact with them 6-7 times and they just raised complaint and asure technician will visit next 24 hrs but no call / message from them and no one visited for installation.

Very pathetic service providing by croma.

Won't suggest this to anyone.

I paid an advance of Rs 5000 for purchase of a Laptop as a pre booking amount. When I purchased the laptop I paid full price on the assurance that the Rs5000 would be refunded within two days. 
It’s more than just 10 days and the amount has not been refunded. 
Aside from hollow and meaningless assurances no action has been taken to resolve my issue

 ,I purchased an AC from CROMA store, centre square , Vadodara on 07/07/2023 delivrred it on 08/07/2023 but they could not provide me a technician to install the AC till 06:45PM date 12/07/2023 ie evenaftern5 days of delivery. Poor after sales service from CROMA. STORE.
