Reply to a mail is received after 2-3, which IMO is not good for an online store.
Product Delivery
Quite pathetic service. No intimation in case of delay or any reason for delay. In case of inquiring, get a false promise. You can see a future Timtara on the way.
Okay, so after I placed order, I waited for ~10 days. When product wasn’t dispatched nor any other kind of information available, I mailed to CC and got a reply that due to unavailability of product in stock, it will take 3 days for a fresh stock to arrive.
Again, after waiting for another 2 weeks, I asked to cancel if they can’t deliver. To my surprise, got an immediate order cancellation mail with no reply to original mail. Kudos to their service
Verdict
Do not go for them if you want hassle free experience. Shop from other reputed store or else wait for ages to get your product delivered.
