<p>I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody but nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am and she waited after her work, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! A huge waste of time. <p>We booked FnP's wedding venue "The Pavilion" on July 6 at Delhi. What we were shown and what we were given on the day of the wedding were totally different.</p> <p>1. AC not working</p> <p>2. <p>FNP is the worst service provider I have ever face. First of all they will call you while you adding cart with items n Fully co operate. Once it is done they wont even bother to give you further assistance. For recent international order they didn’t even cordinate n get the flowers deliver after the entire day has paased for birthday. Pathetic, rotten and un-fresh flowers delivered, had to call at-least 8 times to explain and ask for re delivery, calls kept on hold for long time (15mins and more). Absolute wate of money. Finally asked for refund which they agreed and expecting within 7 to 10 days. Don't know if it will be refunded. The essence of sending flowers to loved ones on special occasions has been diluted by them. view more

I ordered a personalised black mug (1149Rs) and they sent a white mug(749Rs) and the offered me a discount for 20%. The cheated me with 34.8% but offered me less! I asked for a coupon not even a cash refund! I filled a chargeback against them with my bank and anyone who gets cheated should do the same. view more

Horrible service. They have zero sense of responsibility. I have ordered a cake for a birthday occasion which was supposed to be delivered by 8 am to 2 pm the same day. They don't even have the courtesy to atleast inform early that they will not be able to deliver that. A lady called me at 6:30 pm the birthday night and said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today.
