You should let us know about your return through an email within 3 working days from the date of delivery to you. Once we receive your return, we will take upto 72 hours to confirm its status of “Acceptance” following which your refund request will be processed in a maximum of 72 hours.

Orders placed in the same cart will be shipped together to pay shipping charge only once.You can also opt for a cash in delivery(COD) option. Fetise provides cash on delivery option on amounts less than Rs. 10000/- only.
