This is regarding the MI note 5 pro on going order. Which is being on hold unnecessarily. So on the day of delivery of this product, the delivery was rejected on the pretext that my exchange phone is not as per the exchange policy( the exchange phone i.e. moto e 4 plus). In Noida, I had the pathetic experience of Flipkart services. On many occasions the Flipkart delivery executives will call you twice/thrice to ask you for address & by the end of the day will update that customer was unable to be contacted. They would neither carry their card swiping machines nor change if you want to pay in cash. I ordered this product on 03rd of September 2018 and it got delivered on 17th September . When it delivered I disbursed my old refrigerator and waited for installation which was scheduled for 19th of September . 19th I got a mesaage that some one from whirlpool coming to home for installation .
