<p>I donno with whom to file a complaint against Groupon sales market, My deposit of INR 2000 dtd 20/03/23 which has been received by Groupon sales market bank has not yet been credited to Parimatch account. I have been writing mails after mails to everyone but no gains. I think Groupon sales market is some scam type receiving money through UPI QR codes & not crediting to the required receiver. I had the FTD groupon. I ordered the flowers. I used my groupon. it is now marked as redeemed. I contacted Groupon to say the flower place could not find the Iowa State capital. I ordered a lunch deal combo at a football themed restaurant near my workplace. Groupon promised that the combo is sold by the restaurant at Rs 400 a piece, and the deal price of Rs.199 is sure to save me Rs.201, all thanks to Groupon. Deal Code: 0010202795 Upon visiting the restaurant, their menu card lists the same combo for Rs. 140(veg) and Rs. 160(non-veg). Groupon in India is making fool of its customers. I had a very bad experience I have bought hotel vouchers and have even made bookings. Even after the booking was accepted by Groupon I have been refused the accommodation. They are cheating the customers. Pls stay away from Groupon at least in India I don't understand how you they so conveniently say that the booking cannot be confirmed when I have taken care of the entire process for making the reservations. I dont have any transactions with group on so far except once i try to purchase paytm coupon but dut to website problem i am not able to make my transaction. Their ipad case belkin is one good offer along with sketcher shoes. But i dont all their product seems to be good.. The deals are sometimes fabulous sometimes not. But when it comes to customer service, it is indeed international class. The packaging of items by groupon is just superb. Never expected items to be packed in triple layers of safety. I have a complain though and my grudge is the site is not user friendly, heavy on graphics, loads slowly and sometimes the browser hangs. Groupon need experts to make their site friendly and less on bandwidth usage. view more
