Please go thru’ below case, which would be enough to get an idea, how pathetic indiaplaza.com is, and how even worst is their so called “customer care” is.
Just to add that, I am PLATINUM customer of indiaplaza.com, and still, they have left me helplessf or many such instances, you can imagine for first time customer, or who are less aware of e-commerce business.
I had placed an order # I30081202081 for Sandisk Pendrive 16GB with http://www.indiapla…om on 30 Aug 2012.
For this order, on 31-Aug-2012 4:49 PM I requested them for address change, but they refused saying item will be shipped next day. But, at the same time, they suggested to decline the shipment while being delivered, hence will be returned to Indiaplaza and then, the refund will be processed immediately. The response was posted 31-Aug-2012 5:54 PM by indiaplaza.
Post that, as suggested by Indiaplaza, I had declined on delivery and requested to return the same to shipper, as per bluedart AWB (#43199095575 / Returned via. 46142118746) tracking system, the return was received by ANAND 25350123 on 05 September 2012 Time of Delivery : 15:37.
Since then, I am following up with Indiaplaza over a registered ticket (Ticket ID: CNT3108120137) and almost calling quite frequently, but nothing positive have turned out till date. In fact, whenever I call them, I am always been assured that, within next 24 hours this ticked will be closed and refund would be initiated, but, that was all fake commitment and never done as per their word. For name sake, I talked to Mr. Vasim, Mr. Janardan and many of indiaplaza.
Indiaplaza is neither refunding money nor responding on the issue.
This is their behavour with customer, who is platinum member of indiaplaza.com, who has offered business for more than few lacs of rupees, yet they left me stryed, without any help.
I advice you all to be abstained E-shopping from Indiaplaza.com
