I have purchased a power bank. It had scratches on it. I contacted them. told me to send pictures. Than they sent courier person to pick up after almost 10 days. Still its been one month, I have not received my refund. When I contact them, they are telling quality check passed, will contact me after one day. Infibeam has the worst customer service ever! Bought an iPhone 6 plus (grey) from their website, 4 days later I was informed that the ordered color was not in stock anymore and only gold color was available. I bought One Jeans from Infibeam. I remember ordering a size of 34. I am damn sure I selected 34 size. But they sent me a 28 Size Jeans. I actually never opened the package and called the customer care to take back the jeans and give me new jeans. But they told me that I have ordered 28 and they have sent the correct item.
