Hi, I placed an order of Xperia Z1 which should be delivered to me till 22nd Nov, 2013.But after 7 days, my order has not been shipped .so forget about the delivery.When I asked from the customer care executives then they are giving me following non-sense statements like: 1. "We will forward your problem to Concerned department". 2."We have some issues with Dataware house".blah blah. My order no.11916302 . I'd ordered this product on 22nd Oct . And I still haven't received this product (8th Nov). The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services.I got no notifications about where is my product ,when its been shipped. Also the courier number(F11261770) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn't correct. Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money. I have placed an order for 1gram gold coin by applying amexonline rs500/- discount prior to placing next order on 23/9/2013 and without any issue received the product , so i order for amex gift card and after obtaining the amex card i made purchase of two 1 gram coins in each order and succesfully got discount of Rs 500/- in each order, after verification infibeam approved my order on 24/09/2013, but all on sudden on 26/09/2013 purchase was made by huge quantities by the cutomer by applying ... view more

Personal experience. Avoid Infibeam absolutely, and in case you wish to know the gory details of dealing with them, Read through. REVIEW I was initially impressed with the Call Center agent’s politeness, order taking efficiency, and delivery time. Excellent. The problem starts if you have to deal with Infibeam beyond this. worst company have not received wireless headphone after 14 days of order and after that received it faulty. their courier guys picked it up and now company is blaming that you have sent us broken headphones. biggest cheaters on web. worst worst worst i have even filed complaint against them in consumer forum. view more

I had a very worst experiance with infibeam ,since from day of purchace of a product ( karbonn samrt tab 2) its around 2 month i don't have any product and no money refund ,for money refund they are showing their T&C ...i don't know how to get my money back ??????as cash not credit ?? view more

I have used Infibeam twice, both were bad experiences. I first bought a phone from them an year ago but the delivery was delayed a lot with some standard answers that 'we have referred this to the appropriate team'. I had placed an order ( Order No. : 9777627) on December 1, 2012 for a home furnishing item by making full payment of Rs 2796/-. It is after 18 days, there is no trace of delivery of the item. Even after calling the customer service, there is no development. I have purchased on line so many items on ebay, fashion and you, indiatimesshopping,etc but never had such a bad experience.
