The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services.I got no notifications about where is my product ,when its been shipped. Also the courier number(F11261770) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn't correct. Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money. REVIEW I was initially impressed with the Call Center agent’s politeness, order taking efficiency, and delivery time. Excellent. The problem starts if you have to deal with Infibeam beyond this. To start with, the product delivered was faulty. In this case a XOLO phone, was delivered with a manufacturers seal. I first bought a phone from them an year ago but the delivery was delayed a lot with some standard answers that 'we have referred this to the appropriate team'. I thought an year is a long time and decided to checkout the site again. I placed an order on March 6th (order id 10335693), and was promised a shipping by 9th. It is after 18 days, there is no trace of delivery of the item. Even after calling the customer service, there is no development. I have purchased on line so many items on ebay, fashion and you, indiatimesshopping,etc but never had such a bad experience. The site is basically for cheating and lure one time customers.
