Ive been shopping from letsbuy since last year, i bought over 10 Mobile Phones of a total Cost of more than >1 Lakh and i am really satisfied with the products and quick service. I had No Problem Buying and the products were delivered on the second day. Wish To purchase agaiN!

Wanted to share my recent experience with letsbuy. Guys beware of shopping with them.

They take a lot of time to ship. Last order took more than twenty days, that too executed after 2-4 emails. I think they procure their products from third party merchants.

Packing and all are good, same with pricing. Customer service is OK but guys try to speak with a stupid American accent

I had placed a order on dated 15th Nov and this order (LSB-617001) got canceled during the payment.
The monet got deducted from and till date this money is not reversed back in my account.
Called a no of times to the CC, nd every CC guy/ gal has a diffrent story.

never buy any product from Letsbuy.com…they delivery sucks….first of all they give you partial shipment….and their customer service have no clue whats going on and they have one god damned manager who is forever busy…probably taking other frustrated customer’s calls…and they just dont have answers to ur queries…..just a scripted answer….“wait for 24-48 hours”….they tell this to u practically everyday that u call them……i fail to understand, ‘24-48 hrs’ from which day?

Hi All,

In past Letsbuy has really given good service even I have purchased products and they have delivered within time.

But last month I ordered Toshiba LED TV and I have not received the product yet. Even though after calling customer care multiple time and sending several mails they are not even able to reply properly.

I think we should not purchase from Letsbuy any more unless they improve there service.

GIVING GOOD PRICE DOES NOT MEANS GOOD SERVICE.

My shopping experience with Letsbuy till date have been awesome, when it comes to Online shopping of electronics they are my first preference that is the trust i have build in them. Having placed more than 20 orders, with each and every order they have become more professional fast in shipping, trust able.

Their email customer support is bit slow, however it works, Return and replacement policy is really good one and smooth, No second question asked, they arrange the reverse pick up and as soon as the receive the product they dispatch the replaced product. Most the items are shipped via Bluedart and some via DTDC. Best part for me is Octroi is prepaid which is another big advantage to those residing in Gujarat and Maharashtra
I would definitely recommend this site to everyone. They have won my heart

My experience has been very very bad.

Placed order of Samsung Series 5 LED TV 32D5900EA (32D5900VR) from letsbuy.com on 24th Oct 2011 with Samsung Company offer of a Blueray player free plus a surprise Diwali gift on offer by Letsbuy.com. On each followup I was told that both items are in stock and will be shipped soon. They shipped TV on 28th shipped only TV and said I have to wait for Blueray player. I was fine with the wait as atleast TV was getting shipped. Surprise and frustration – once the TV was delivered on 29th Oct. It was an old used TV most likely a dealer demo / display unit with old manufacturing date – all user manuals, cards, remote accessories were used and open from original covers and packed again with tape. Even TV cover and internal packing material, box shows that box was stored for many months and TV used. On screen one can see that some one has cleaned the screen and packed it again with a number of old used tapes inside the box. In service menu it shows TV used for around 600 hours.

Have informed Letsbuy and they have promised a replacement in 1-2 days. I will update on final outcome.

Letsbuy wins hands down when it comes to great deals. Their prices on Mobiles especially are unbeatable. Its competitor and big brother Flipkart struggles when it comes to beating the prices of Letsbuy. Is Letsbuy doing it at a loss? I dont know.. but it surely wins in that department.

However, they fluctuate prices too often and many times they even increased prices after deal was posted on DD front page. They do chicken out when it comes to honoring price mistakes. Their customer service is getting worse by the day, however. Recently, I had ordered a gas stove and it took them forever to ship it.

Their website is much easier to browse and use. And their search works too.. If they make their customer service at par or even a little bit better, then Letsbuy is one of the favorites to look out for.
