Really bad service, unfriendly process, bad implementation, misleading product descriptions

Till things go smooth, you’re very satisfied.
The true colors of a retailer shows when things go wrong. And with snapdeal, when things go wrong, they go way wrong !

For the product i’ve ordered,
1. Got it on time – yay ! but it was broken – Nay !!!
seems like packaging was very poor. no solid outer cover.

2. claims made about product on the snapdeal site is WRONG!. The actual product doesn’t say those things.
So, i was misled into buying this product.
Seems like snapdeal isn’t verifying anything on their side and retailers are confident that their 7 day return won’t work ! and they’re right !!

3. i have been waiting for a reverse pickup for a month now. I’ve mailed their ceo and service head also – no action till now.
no escalation route defined for customer complaints.
Seems like poor leadership is driving this engine. no expertise and no will to invest – just want to reap benefits till the eretailer closes down or is sold off to someone else.

poor – very poor show, Snapdeal – you’re going to go off the charts in a snap !
