1.Item undelivered still though the dead line for the delivery is 06-03-2015
2.contact number of bookmypacket provided by snapdeal i.e 0124-6470006 is switched off since a week
3.No reply for the emails sent to [email protected];[email protected]
4.No live tracking status updated since 02-03-2015
5.Snapdeal not processing the refund
