snapdeal cheaters thief and fraud

I purchased a set of Henley men’s t-shirt against my order no. 1057818110 but after a week i get my products but the packing is very poor and both the t-shirt was used and also tored I called snapdeal and they said they arrange a reverse pickup but 10 days are over but no action isvtaken and now they are disconnecting my calls and also not reverting to my mails. This is the worst site and the customer care is very poor so please never shop with snapdeal they are fraud.
